Official opening by mystery 2013 Fremantle King of Carnevale (and his cronies), featuring Noongar Welcome to Country, political satire with MC Prime Minister Julia Gohard, Ozmosis Catalan Street Band, and the release of the 2013 Carnevale Manifesto regulating the behaviour of all citizens of the People’s Republic of Fremantle during the Carnevale period.
